BETTE SH is out of FC Tiger Mtn's Bettin' on Black QA2 x RatllinRidge's Made in the Shade MH. Her sire, Gamble was a 2019 National finalist. He is a very talented sire, extremely biddable. He is known to produce point. Gamble is the son of FC AFC Shaq. Shaq was very talented and produced several FC, AFC and MH dogs. Bette's mother, Oakley, is a very animated, with tons of desire. She is one of my best hunting dogs. Extremely obedient and very talented, passed the 2022 Master National in Roseburg, OR.
Bette may be small (52-55 lbs), but she has a giant motor. She has a lot of desire to retrieve and work, and is extremely athletic. She has high prey drive and is a pin-point marker. She reminds me a lot of her great grandmother Mercy. She lines her blinds and did I say she loves to work. She is very biddable, making training easy and fun. She is a strong swimmer. She has a strong natural point. She is very fun to hunt over, covers the field and never stops hunting. Even though she has a big motor she has an off-switch and settles nicely in the house.
She titled in 2025 with a AKC Senior Hunter. She passed 5 out of 5 hunt tests for her title. She ran strong at all her tests, making it look super easy.
